Should You Drive With A Bent Rim?

Ashley Ragan's Blog | Should You Drive With A Bent Rim?

So much focus has been on the superficial esthetics of tire rims, and believe me, suped up tire rims are epic.

However, rims on your wheels play a bigger role than meets the eye.

Your Vehicle sits on shell alloy wheel, also known as, rims. Therefore, having a bent rim is not ideal. In fact, a bent rim not found in time can cause a flat tire, poor handling, a tire blowout and even affect your fuel economy.

All in all, a bent tire rim is not safe to drive on, especially at high speeds.

The best thing to do once you discover your bent rim is to book a service appointment and a technician can either repair or replace the bent rim.
